VP Debate. Vance is a smart guy, and very analytical. He is is responding to the questions with information in his brain, not with rehearsed marketing answers. Seems like Walz is at least better than Harris on his feet and is responding with information he believes rather than rehearsed lines. He is still saying Look

I agree this debate feels much more substantive than the last few. Like they’re actually trying to say something. It’s encouraging since the Prez candidates seem almost entirely focused on criticizing the other. I mean there’s a lot of that here too.... Finally they learned to cut off people's mics. Hot take: If the media wasn’t so Green and did this in 2016, I think Hillary would have won.
Wow the green section so far (behind time) was ridiculously short in the debate. Seems like Vance is looking at specifically energy policy. So frustrating that there is never a mention of the bigger picture....
